That encouraged the Papryi’s love for puzzles and the extensive work that goes into each one is hand crafted.
Monster kid underswap how to#
They taught their Papyri how to do mechanical engineering during their free time in the lab, when they couldn’t find a babysitter, and gave them puzzles to work on in their free time. Undertale and Underfell Sans went to school for quantum physics and learned quantum mechanics on the job. Anyone else think this is an interesting idea? underswap headcanon undertale riverperson!gaster underswap gaster underswap papyrus So he starts up the ferrying business and he speaks to himself a lot (in Wingdings, which (most) monsters don’t understand), and what comes out are riddles related to a past he can’t remember. At the tail end of his injury, he managed to shortcut away before passing out and he woke on the outskirts of Showdin with no past he could recall except for a single name: River.
Monster kid underswap cracked#
So I was looking at this fanart for Underswap with scientists Gaster and Papyrus, but I really like the idea of Riverperson and Gaster swapping places, so I thought this: Gaster is Papyrus’ co-worker (and dad?) under Royal Scientist River, and when Riverperson had their incident with the Core, Gaster tried to rescue them and got injured (from an explosion? falling debris?) and that’s how he got his skull cracked and (wait for it…!) memory loss. I came up with an idea that I really like and might use for future endeavors. this started out as placing ages for the grillbies it turned into backgrounds for them undertale headcanon underfell headcanon outertale headcanon swapfell headcanon underswap headcanon grillby undertale grillby underfell grillby outertale grillby underswap grillby swapfell grillby starby swapby swirlby chillby fellby whatever you call them grillby headcanon undertale underfell underswap swapfell outertale He doesn’t remember (or really care) about his official age. (Again, elemental aging is tricky.) Like Swapfell Grillby, the war twisted his mind, but instead of torturing those who stumble upon him for money, he entices them with things that are worth the price and puts it toward rebuilding the family he lost above ground. Underswap Grillby was also part of the war, as you probably expected, but unlike Underfell Grillby, he wasn’t created for it and instead joined the war while he was just on the outskirts of childhood. Since monsters are made of love, the LOVE he was racking up effected him severely and he went insane when monsters were trapped under the mountain and he no longer had anyone to take his grief and anger for fallen comrades out on. In fact, sometimes he was the only monster to return from an attack on the human forces. Swapfell Grillby was deep in the throes of the war since the beginning, being a rather old monster, and because of that, he became accustomed to the sight of monsters turning to dust all around him. He was never a child, and due to the unusual aging process of elementals, he is actually close to Sans’ age. He was a part of the war like most Grillbies, but he was created with fire magic (maybe even by the King and/or Queen) for the sole purpose of aiding monster kind in their fight for freedom rather than being born before the war. No one knows a lot about Underfell Grillby. That’s why he’s so good with anyone he interacts with: he’s been around long enough to reminisce with older monsters (like Gerson), yet become close friends with younger ones (like Sans). Undertale Grillby is old enough to remember the war, but he only joined at the tale end of it, like most civilians at the time had to as the monsters were corralled into the mountain. All the Grillbies have varying ages depending on their universes and circumstances of their lives.įor example, Outertale (and variations of it like Outerfell and Outerswap, etc.) Grillby is older than any other monster due to his previous existence as a star that was around long before any of the monsters he lives among.
